One star because I never stayed at the hotel, but was still charged over $130. I called in the morning and spoke with a rude receptionist. I explained that I had to cancel for that night because my husband was sick and we were in the ER. The receptionist barked that it was cancelled and never even said goodbye. Thanks for nothing. That s the last time I will book with a Hilton.
