My cat got pretty sick over a weekend and I needed to take him in for care. He'd never been sick in this manner before and I wasn't sure what to do for him. The staff was very kind from the first phone I made, to the clinic visit, and even afterward they called to check on him. The Dr. listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly and even made sure I had enough medication to get by the weekend since the weather was predicted to be bad.

While I was there at the clinic I obviously saw other families arrive with their sick or injured pets and the entire staff was very compassionate and courteous.
