Pretty good one-stop shop for a small companies; they can take care of your workers compensation insurance, Human Resources and payroll. They are up-to-date on all rules regarding Human Resources and payroll and will keep your company in compliance. They've been a great help in revising our employee handbook and taking care of our HR needs. As a company, we learned a lot from them. If you are in a business and want to outsource your HR and payroll, this is the company I would recommend.
There were a few "bumps" in our relationship, such as a discrepancy in one of my employee's W-2 and the miscalculation of two of my employee's Paid-Time-Off balance, but both issues were addressed.
