Food was good, not too many customers, few waiters...

Food was good, not too many customers, few waiters very busy. Menu says toast comes with butter and various jellies, ours came with none. I asked the waiter, he said okay. 15 minutes later I asked a different waiter, she said in a minute. Another 15 minutes later we were done, never got it from either waiter. The only butter and jelly they have, apparently, is in the menu, not in the kitchen.
