Went for oil change , they threw everything in my glove compartment on the floor ,including whatever filter is behind glove box I had to ask them to put it back in as I didnt even know what it was , they didnt put a sticker on windshield indicating when next oil change will be. I think it was just a bad worker as I've NEVER had an issue there before
