I brought my CR-V in for an airbag recall and at the same time requested an alignment. I'd just had new Michelin tires installed and wanted to make sure they wear properly. I asked that I receive a printout of the alignment after is was performed as proof for the tire manufacturer in the event I had any tire wear issues. When I went to pick the vehicle up the printout wasn't available in spite of my specific request. Derrick in service was kind enough to refund the price I paid for the alignment and offered to place the vehicle back on the alignment rack at no charge in the future. The only major problem with this solution is it doesn't take into consideration what my time is worth. I left and on the drive home immediately noticed the steering wheel was off center significantly to the right. It was centered perfectly when I dropped it off for repair so I know something was done on the alignment but not correctly. The steering wheel should be centered. At least they were good enough to suggest a bunch of other work my vehicle needed. I truly wish however they had focused more on my current and requested repair instead of trying to sell me future repairs. The problem now is my faith is severely shaken any work would be done correctly or that I want to return to have what was done incorrectly fixed. I gave two stars instead of one because at least I was refunded the fee I paid for an alignment. I sure hope the airbag was done properly. I had so much hope for professionalism at a dealership but very little of that at Beaverton Honda Service. I can't in good faith suggest them to anyone for their service needs based on my experience. Steer clear and happy motoring!
