Review of Millenium Broadway Hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, we left and booked another within 30 minutes of seeing the room.
If you are booking over New Years Eve, do not fall into their trap saying Times Square View Room . For us, after confirming we would have a view of the ball drop, we were placed facing a brick wall with a snipet of Times Square on the corner.

The room was disgustingly old. Not what you would expect to get after paying over $2000 for one night over NYE.

The staff were not accommodating with this and denied ever saying about the room having a direct view. It was appalling.

Definitely have a look elsewhere because this was truly the most disappointing hotel.
