Very bad and not very helpful Uber customer service. No point in calling them as the person didn't seem to care.

I had a very bad personal experience with a particular Uber driver named Lyndon Santos. If you live in the bay area in CA, avoid this guy as he is a bad driver and dishonest person. Look for better service elsewhere.
