I ve used Royal Oak Hardwood Lump Charcoal for years with good and bad results. Lately it s been all bad. The size of the pieces are extremely small. Their quality control is nonexistent. Looking on their website is says if you have problems to write them. No place for an email with supporting photos etc. Unbelievable in today s world. I m finished with Royal Oak.
