They really get no stars from me but it will not let you post without one...I rented the doubletree executive room on Military and PGA for my military retirement party...Sarah was the lady that I dealt with...let me start out saying at first she was so nice saying what I could and could not do which was pretty much anything that I wanted...ALL LIES...I went to her office to sign the paperwork in which she had put the wrong time when I told her she said don't worry this is just the rough draft saying you will rent the room...I will retype it with the correct time...yeah needless to say that was a lie and never happened...so where as my party was supposed to start at 6pm she had it at 5pm...let's not forget everyone showed up at 6pm because that was the time it was supposed to start...so at 830 I was being told that we had to out of there by 9 and I was like no because that is not even 4 hrs...I insisted that Sarah be called because she also said that we could stay in the room until 12am without the staff staying behind...the manager told me that Sarah said go off what she put on the paper which she cheated me out an hr...so no to my 4hrs nor to staying until 12..me and my family cleaned up the room...to add insult to injury she had the audacity to charge my card an extra fee when I had already paid $2100...I served this country for 20yrs and all to have a party and get bamboozled by doubletree and their employee Sarah...thanks for nothing.
