I rented from this company for one year and never had an issue. One time I came home at about 7 in the evening and my heat wasn't working and yes it was an old building with old windows so it was in the 50's inside but I called the emergency maintenance number and they had someone out to fix it within thirty minutes and there wasn't another issue. I walked down the street to turn in a paper rent check through the door but that was never an issue either. Received my full deposit check back in the time they promised. Wish they had units that allowed dogs and'or had washers and dryers but definitely will consider renting again in the future!
