Short and simple. Not our first time at Tellers.
Had a birthday celebration reservation for 8pm.
We arrived around 7:50. We're told table would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes with a reservation we left at 830.
I understand sometimes you may not be seated for 8pm on the dot but don't take so many reservations if you cannot accommodate everyone accordingly.
When your spending anywhere from 500+ I expect to be seated within a reasonable time or at least offered a glass of wine or something.

Ruth Chris, Prime etc ... you do not encounter this.
Don't think we will be coming back anymore.
