The facility was nice, for the conference, food was outstanding. I would have preferred a bit more training from the front desk staff, they seemed a bit lost most of the time. Check in was a nightmare, and check out wasn't as bad. Had to move rooms due to a leak in the shower. Rooms were nice, the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but the housekeeping staff was EXCELLENT!
