As a native New Yorker, I'm used to processes moving quickly except when it comes to anything related to cars, so I was impressed that within just a few hours, we had everything we wanted. Jeremy, the sales representative, was patient and walked through options for us and Levie, in financing, answered all of our questions. Thanks to you both for making a great first impression.
