You just purchase your tickets online and pick a time to go. You are given 1.5 hours to look at everything ( time slots are 2 hours apart) so I'm assuming they need some time to clean up for the next group. They have markers on the floor to distance people coming in when you check in. They also have arrows throughout the place so everyone goes "one way". Right now they have the illusion exhibit outdoors, on both sides as you walk and see the animals. It took us a out 30 minutes to see everything. If you choose to, you can loop again to see everything again or you can go to the gift shop ( one family in the store at a time, up to 6 family members) or you can exit through the back. There were hand sanitizer stations throughout the place and everyone who worked there wore a mask. Also, masks are required the entire time you are there. My 3 yr. old really enjoyed her time there! It was a cute little trip with the family.
