I bought my Chevy Cruze here 5 yrs ago. I moved to Florida 4 yrs ago, and was back in Illinois to visit family during my evacuation for Hurricane Irma. With 1 month left on the warranty, the car began to overheat so I brought it it.
Rob Chavez in service was very kind and helpful. He gave me a free loaner as promised by my warranty, and asked if they could keep the car long enough to do a thorough check so anything else that might need attention could be repaired to ensure a safe 2 day trip home.
Besides the coolant leak, transmission and oil leaks were found and repaired. Thank you Rob for helping me get get the most out of the warranty I paid for, and for taking the time to be sure the car was safe for the long drive home.
