Well worth the trouble of fighting to get a ticket. If you haven't booked in advance (approx. 2 months), they release tickets throughout the day on line - which is the only way to buy and that is for allocated timeslots. It took well over an hour to go round the house and that includes about 15 minutes queuing despite having an allocated slot. The 'story' is well presented and brings to life what they must have gone through as best as you are able to appreciate such horrors. Highly recommended as a must see whilst in Amsterdam.
