Disappointed in the tea experience. The lobby and the shops are what you would hope. There was live music which was quite nice. The service was disappointing. We arrived a bit before 2 and got seated at 3 - why would you not take reservations? The tea was significantly understaffed. Took a while to order. Champaign came quickly; the tray of goodies maybe 10 minutes later. However, the tea did not arrive until we had almost finished the tray, and no water was ever served even though it had been ordered. Service when provided was not to standard with the surroundings.
