We have been dealing with Service Wizard for at least 5 years. In May we had to replace our 18 year old Trane heat pump system. Unfortunately, the new system gave us problems from the start. Service Wizard came out quickly every time it went out (5times). Finally, Mr. Osgood himself came out and spent several hours going over the system inch by inch when the pressure kept remaining too low. He finally found a disconnected wire somewhere in the outside system, reconnected it, and pressures came up. We now have hope that the system is fixed! However, we can be sure that if something else goes wrong, they'll be out right away and persevere until they figure out what it is, or they'll replace the whole system if necessary.
