We liked the property we chose and we lucky in having a good landlord who wouldn't mind helping with most issues. However, the staff at Tetris, particularly the maintenance manager Jo were always keen to blame us for problems. We informed of sofa damage which we did notice during an inventory but noticed later and were told by Jo that is broke because we had a party!! I think this accusation is a disgrace- i couldn't believe it!! We have been the most quiet and respectful student tenants you could ask for and that is the comment that is made?? Awful!! Also, being told to weed a garden which is full of dodgy paving is never been something Ive needed to do in a property. We never even used the garden because it was far too small. We have re let the house for another year if it wasnt with tetris - they made it a bad experience even though we like the house
