My experience with Dorsch Ford Kia was very negative. The people that work on the sales floor are incompetent and liars. I was promised a certain trade in value (in writing) which he rescinded and offered a lower amount. I wrote to Dosrch leadership airing my frustration about my experience. No one responded. Every time I drive by on I43 and see their expansion sign, I can only imagine they can expand because of how they rip people off. There is only one Ford dealer in Green Bay I would go to, and it's not Dorsch. (Hint: Look for the other on Military).
