If Matt and his team can't get the sale done, no one can.

Matt and his team provided updates on my sale before I even thought to ask. The team was extremely responsive and understood that selling a home can be a stressful experience. Not only did they find me a buyer within a month of listing my place, but they also managed to get the deal done a day early (in spite of the buyer nearly dropping the ball). Matt's a strong negotiator and definitely the best in the biz because he focuses on customer service and leverages technology like no one else out there.

This year was not a sellers year, but with Matt on my side, it was for me.
