Didn't know quite what to expect and wasn't really looking forward to dress shopping but I found the staff at Butterflies helpful, respectful and professional. I was immediately put at ease by Pauline who made my experience personal and relaxed. She was able to answer my questions and found my PERFECT dress, picked from a vast choice of dresses. Other staff were also helpful and if I'm honest I was looking to shop around, but there was no need. Everything was provided, from a listening ear to the dress and if needed, accessories. I thought I may have been rushed or pressured to buy, but the whole experience was the total opposite. I cannot thank Butterflies for helping me to find the dress of my dreams. Thank you for the care you gave me when I was emotional and the friendly service. I am ONE very lucky bride as my dress made me feel amazing. A great experience. Thank you Pauline.
