I came here for my first time buying a used car from a dealership, three weeks ago. I hoped I would have a better experience than if I bought from craigslist or some random person. They had the car I wanted and seemed to be a reputable dealership. I was wrong to think this. There have been several problems with the vehicle. Also, the day I bought the car it had the manual in it, and when I picked it up it was missing. I told the salesperson about this and he just said he doesn't know what happened to it, was unwilling to replace it and didn't even give an apology.
