I didn t think I was going to buy a car on the day I walked into Thornhill Hyundai. David Marshall showed me various options and I went for a test drive. As we were getting close to closing the deal. I was informed the car I was looking at was sold out. As I was very disappointed and upset about the situation the manager stepped in and provided me with a deal that I could not refuse. I appreciated the effort that he made for me even though he did not have to do any of that. He ensured that I was being taken care of. I would like to think that every car dealer shop would do this for you.

When you experience good people by giving them the respect and patient, they will try their best to make up for the unfortunate situation and go out of their way to find a solution for you.

Best customer service ever, look for David Marshall! honest gentleman you'll every meet.

P.S My girlfriend and my mom loved him can't complain.
