Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment and was given a 4-hour window for the plumbers to show. I took off work and stayed home the entire day. I got a call 30min toward the end of the day saying they weren't going to make it. The receptionist offered some days next week. I asked if she would waive the $55 service fee since I'd have to take off two days of work and she said "Oh, so you basically want this for free is what you're saying?"

Incredibly rude. Failed to deliver service. Does not care about earning customer trust or business.
