Most unprofessional and unreliable of staff. Rude, patronising and unwilling to fix any problems, sometimes their responses seemed like a joke. They tried rinsing us for all we had and their management of our student let was appalling. Our internet broke: "you're lying". our stove broke: it took 6 months to fix. my tv speaker broke: "go and buy yourself some wireless headphones". our boiler broke: "sit under your duvets". They have viewings? they will barge into your room while you are sleeping without prior warning - then blame you. Their office Wifi goes down: They use the wifi of our property (which begs the question, how secure really is all of our information in their hands?) the list goes on.
