I waited for help a longtime but the Manager Ian really made up for that. You kept your word on price and got my car done in a hurry. I want to say it was upsetting to see other customers have a hard time. One of them was yelling at all the staff. But I still give 4 stars because I was treated great and your outside person Perez I believe thats his name was great and Jessica who called was great.
