This was the best experience at an ER I've ever had and i hate having to go to hospitals. My throat was so swollen from strep i had difficulty breathing and talking and intense pain. We were in and out under 3 hours and it didnt even feel so long. The nurses were compassionate and very caring even the cleaning woman in the lobby was polite and helpful. The place was very clean. I didnt need to see a MD but the NP was effencient in treating me quickly he wasnt as compassionate as the nurses but im sure its cause he was busy but he was never rude either and listened as i struggled to ask questions. I will definitely come back here for an emergency.
