This is a very nice Hotel in city of lakes in Rajasthan in Western Part of India. When you are in a city which is Udaipur where each and every hotel is built like a King's palace, it is refreshing to stay in a normal, straight lined, business hotel - especially since I was there for work. The rooms are spacious and large - and so clean and well maintained. The gym is nice and functional, bright and facing the city with large windows overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and absolutely satiating. The best part of the hotel is the people that work here, and it flows from the top - General Manager Vipul Mohan is extremely hospitable and welcoming. It was a pleasure to interact with him. Argajoti and Rameez at Front Office set the tone with their smiling and courteous demeanour, prompt and efficient actions. Vipul in the restaurant and his boss Amit Rana are both excellent gentleman and always on their toes. The breakfast chef Mahendra made an amazing omelette for me on both days. HR Manager Khushboo was a delight to interact with and it was nice to see the hotel's HR Manager out and about in the front of the house and interacting with her staff. I would love to always stay here whenever traveling too Udaipur for work. Their counterparts across at the Radisson Blu Palace can learn a thing or two about hospitality from their colleagues here.
