The staff are very unfriendly and not willing to help with anything. They advertise many restaurants on site but close them at night only leaving one option making service at the restaurants terrible. We waited a long time on food and never got the correct drinks we ordered.
The towels were not replaced daily. No water in fridge in room.
Once during breakfast we were told we could not join another table together to seat us all.
There was a family there causes fights on the property and had the law called several times so they completly shut the bar down early in the evening to tell us to go to our rooms.
The two stars I am giving are for the bed that did sleep comfortable.
This is not a resort we will revisit unless major changes are made.
