Mixed experiences but more bad than good. When/while you are spending a lot of money, customer service is good. If you have an issue, customer service is not great. Specific issues I have encountered. I had a return within their return policy window but they would only issue a store credit because the item was on sale (btw they consider a lot of their items 'on sale'). Also, beware on ski equipment that they may sell you bindings that turn out to have been on market for a while and then subsequently refuse to work in them because they are no longer indemnified by manufacturer (do your homework before you buy from them).
