Stayed here in October 2020. They had a very limited staff (4 people.) You will be notified of this shortage at check in and will be handed a paper asking you to call the front desk if you need anything as opposed to stopping by. This is understandable with limited contact being encouraged due to COVID. However, when you call the front desk, you will not get an answer. If you happen to have a problem (like not being able to shower because it is broken) , you will not be able to find anyone in the hotel o help. When you check out, there will be an $18 parking fee, per night, added to your bill for each room, even if you don't have a car to park there. Customer service is horrible! This hotel use to be very nice and had great customer service in the past. There are plenty of other options nearby and I would recommend another hotel for the price.
