You only have one time to make a first impression. And their first impression has already led me to speaking with a legal representative from my employment. After my complex sold to this company I was inclined to do my research since there is no persistence in speaking with someone or having the issue resolved. And in my research I have learned "F" in the BBB. And a multitude of complaints at nearly all the properties that they own. And they are all pretty much the same. POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR FRONT OFFICE STAFF, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, DOCUMENTATION FRAUD, WRONGFUL ENTRY INTO HOMES, ADDED FEES EVERY MONTH ON YOUR RENT, MANAGEMENT DODGES THEIR TENANTS, MAINTENANCE DOES NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUG INFESTATION, RUDENESS, and so on. Basically think of the worse customer service you have ever had and times that by 10. Before my complex was sold I can honestly say, that my issues was resolved very fast and they were eager to help in any way that they could. I have been waiting on my issue to be addressed or resolved for over a week and no one has responded yet. No one has kept me in the loop or anything. How should it take a week to resolve an issue that is contracted out to another company or that was simply a lie told to past the time. So if you are in Jacksonville Florida and decide to move into Avia St John's think, before you leap. Because you don't get hit with the bumps and bruises until you jump. Its all sweet on the walk through and things like that but the minute you sign your soul over for the next year, YOU ARE DOOMED!!! THERE IS NOT ONE PERSON I THINK THAT TAKES THEIR JOBS SERIOUSLY. ITS ALL ABOUT SELLING THE DREAM AND LIVING THE LIE.
