i am a resident of troy place since 2005. till sg took it over it was a very pleasant and proud place to call home. Since SG took over the property is mismanaged . The elevator has not worked since sep 2016. Carpet on the sixth floor has open seams and even after complaining that my walker was getting caught in it causing a hazard. its not fixed the building managers are hired for their rudeness NO IT IS NOT A PLACE TO LIVE IN UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY HIGH RENT FOR SERVICES PROMISED BUT NOT PROVIDED
