The Mercure Amsterdam City is a large hotel comprising of several towers. The rooms are surprisingly nice and comfortable. There is onsite parking possible against a price. Reception is very friendly. The hotel has a number of nice restaurants and bars on board with friendly staff, as well as an extensive hotel shop. It does not entirely come across as an homogenous design, more like the result of organic growth, but it is very adequate. Overall recommended!
