These guys will employ anything that will grab on to a minimum wage paycheck. The idiot dispatch will tell you things like "I need a physical address", seconds after you tell them the physical address.

Phone system never works.

Cabs smell bad.

Taxi Drivers make better paperweights than they do as a GPS/Taxi Driver.

Cabs are always late.

I've stopped trying to take these guys and started just asking strangers for rides around Houston. Sure its a little dicey, but its worth increasing risk for rape and murder when you actually get to your destination on time, in style, and you don't feel like punching out random babies after dealing with the scum of the earth.
