I was one of the first individuals in Anniston. AL to purchase Vivint. I had called customer service requesting to discuss an upgrade since I had been a customer for such a long time and had only basic service that was available then. Someone was to return my call. I never received one. I have been so pleased with my service through the years
and am perplexed about this incident.
