Most Aloft hotels have excellent service, but this particular Aloft was an even more incredible experience.

The front desk was a bit overwhelmed, so in order to alleviate the line and get to everyone in a timely manner, the front desk associates gave two different people a drink they were waiting to pay for (including one in a wheelchair). I don t know many companies who have the forethought to sacrifice a $0.50 wholesale cost to save the opinions of several customers. I guess that s Starwood for you.

My dog also had an incredible experience. They had a bowl and bed set up for her, as well as dog water bowls throughout the property and plenty of treats to go around.

Finally, there was no bartender available, but the night front desk associate - I wish I grabbed her name - was able to run to the back and grab me a turndown drink.

All in all, the hotel was extremely guest-centric and accommodating. Well worth the rate. Highly recommended.
