I got an elbow fracture, A&E doctor was kind, she asked me to phone the fracture clinic on Tuesday pm, I phoned, the one on the phone was really rude and loud, all she said was A&E doctor shouldn't tell me to phone, I must wait for 72 working hours. I paid lots of income tax, rarely use NHS services, when I need to be treated, this is what I get.
