Absolutely fantastic customer service experience! Even when they advertise a higher volume of sales and customer support calls, it was really easy to reach someone in a timely fashion. Abby was friendly and very helpful. I had a slight trouble with my order and she was able to get everything fixed in a way that limited the impact on my experience.
