This is probably the most dramatic of all the terminal stations in London. The roof is a single structure held up just by the walls on either side, no columns in the middle! 150 years old, and still standing. Building apart, you can reach more destinations than any other station in London, having international services to Paris, Bruxelles and Amsterdam; fast services into Kent; connections to Gatwick and Luton airports and other destinations in Sussex, Surrey, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire; and trains North to cities such as Nottingham and Sheffield.
