Parking garage exit process is horrible. No one answers the help button, and the machines don't take payment due to some error that no one's fixed, forcing you to re-park and go all the way back to the lobby. Whoever's in charge of the parking deck should be replaced. You're losing a lot of money from all of the people who get frustrated and just move the gate and leave without paying.

Not allowed to park in the loading area while checking in and unloading bags like every other hotel. Okay, I'll carry all of my stuff from the top level of the parking deck...

Hotel was essentially shut down with no normal guest services you'd expect available, due to covid I guess? Where's the alert on your website saying "The price is the same but there's nothing to offer except a room?"

No one at the front desk would answer the phone for days before arrival to answer basic questions. I never had someone answer the phone, ever, not once, during normal business hours.

Total waste of points.
