Worse dealership experience ever! Ray Chevy is a FAKE to keep it in simple words. I worked with Keith and Rupe and after hours of negotiating we had finally came to an agreement, so I thought. The next day they called me asking to go in and sign another contract because they had made a mistake on a previous one. There I go driving an hour to sign the contract and when I get there to my surprise I see the contract and my payment went up $20!! I signed because if I didn't they said the bank would not go any lower on a monthly payment so I agreed and closed the deal. 2 weeks after they call me again and ask for me to go back and take a copy of my license that they never got. There I am having to drive another hour for them to take a simple copy that they should have gotten the very first day I met with them. Joshua the finance manager said he would cover me for the inconvenience, which I never heard from again.

After a month passed I never got my bill in the mail for the truck so I call and they say that they'll collect it so here goes another hour of driving.

After a month and a half, Keith and rupe call me and tell me they have no bank for the truck they let me drive off with and they need it back. What a surprise! This was all that was left! And they wanted it "immediately " yeah like people don't have lives and live right around the corner? I took them their truck back and got my money back after driving another hour there and back! Will NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership! Will NEVER go back! All LIES !
