I had called at 11 this morning to reserve a room. At 2 pm I had to call back because I didn't receive any calls from them. I answer Giada that gives me the prices of the requested room. I point out that by entering the hotel name on google the prices from the search engine were different. Giada's answer is this: google is not a site and bursts out laughing. I reply that I am very happy that I make people laugh and I do not book. I just booked at the NH hotel where they were friendly and I also spent less. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BEST WESTERN AND A JADE (I had a dog with the same name but it was much more polite)
