Called in unannounced on a personal matter and, as one would expect of the French, was treated with the utmost 'courtoisie' and respect. Very friendly and helpful staff, security professional but courteous, reception efficient and accommodating, was invited through security with the minimum of fuss and warmly greeted - without prior appointment - by the Premier Conseiller in person and was dealt with swiftly and kindly.
