Update: After watching this company pull some very shady tactics involving their own warranty company, that resulted in over $9000 worth of repairs, I will never return. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. (I have purchased 2 cars and 1 truck from them since 2016 but certainly will not be buying anymore.)

You could have easily said purchasing an extended warranty will not cover pre-existing conditions instead of selling it to my father under false pretenses. This was dishonest and ultimately cost a lot of money. If you would have said "purchasing an extended warranty will not cover pre-existing conditions" my father would have had the cam replaced that day and the engine would be just fine. However, you choose to be dishonest to not only my father but your own warranty company. This choice cost the following:

Told the cam was bad but sold an extended warranty to cover it: $2500

Truck mis-diagnosed when brought in to have CAM changed (Was told it was exhaust bolts that were loose... this is after buying the warranty): $500

Charge for tearing the motor apart so the warranty inspector could look at it and come to the conclusion that the bad cam caused the engine to fail and that it would not be paid because it was a pre-existing condition: $800.00

New Engine: $9000.00

As far as I'm concerned (and a whole lot of people are going to agree) you owe my dad: $12,500.00 and one hell of an apology.

Sick and tired of being ripped off from people just like this. Make no mistake they do not care what happens to your vehicle, only that you buy it from them. Super nice until you have problems and then you will not matter in the least.

Also, as a reply to your comment that this is the "fourth negative review" I would suggest you learn to count. There are 2 negative reviews from this family so you are either lying or you need to go back to school.
