I give 1 star because we cannot put less. Clearly zero store: no one is available on the shelves and when we manage to have someone, we have the feeling of disturbing, impossible to reach them on the phone whatever the service requested (reception, floors, kitchen) ... move 4 times for a kitchen estimate so that I am told that for 4,800 the boxes are empty and that cooking is, I quote, a walk, an adventure . A person called me back 2/3 months after the quote to find out where I was in my project. Already, it was not she who received me because she had forgotten the appointment, she was not even aware and had the nerve to ask me how the appointment went. I am uncomfortable for them, sincerely. I prefer to go further but to the competitor to be served and advised correctly. TO FLEE !!!!!
