For three months, and repeated phone calls to their Loan offices, we've been trying to get them to do a loan assumption. Not only do they not have any answers, they are particularly unresponsive. in their "Special Loans Department, Ms., Jenny Camp, is spectacularly unhelpful in any way. If this is customer service, the concept is lost on them. I'm writing to their CEO William Mynatt in hopes that he'll step in to help.
