I have been cooking in small competition circuits for well over 20 years and have been a loyal and dedicated user of Royal oak lump charcoal. Until recently I have never had a complaint however with that being said here is my first. We did a competition on May 12-13 and at this competition we notice a friend was flying a royal oak banner( also noticed he was using Kroger charcoal), my son contacted royal oak and requested one of these banners and was told that he could not get one for some reason or the other. We run in a group of three teams, ours Squeal team 6 Arkansas, Big Racks BBQ and 627 BBQ. After all of these years of dedication I really felt disappointed that you could not provide us banners to advertise your product. I left several voicemails to which none were answered. Now the question is should we look for another brand of charcoal or can you find it in your advertising budget to provide us with banners
